A 50% Deposit must accompany all bookings.
The balance is to be paid on your arrival at ELAND
SAFARIS LODGE, in cash or travelers checks. In case of a cancellation
for a legitimate reason we will make every effort to book
another client, if so we will deduct 20% based on the full value of the scheduled hunt and
refund the remainder of your deposit. OR a 30% administration fee will be deducted based on
the full value of the scheduled hunt if a booking is cancelled and it cannot be filled
with another client. Or reschedule your hunt for
the following year.
ELAND
SAFARI RESPONSIBILITY
( Included in daily fees )
Trophy : Hunting, skinning, handling and transport
to local taxidermist for dipping.
Accommodation: Lodging,
Daily Laundry Service.
Catering: Meals and drinks, including
alcoholic drinks.
Transport: During the hunt and also to and
from Johannesburg International Airport.
Staff services: Professional
Hunter (PH), trackers,
skinners and camp staff.
All licenses and permits to hunt your trophy animals.
THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY
( Excluded from daily fees )
Air fares or charter flights to, in or from South
Africa.
A valid passport and entry visa.
Weapon, ammunition and all the required permits, licenses and valid customs
declaration for them.
An Import permit for any CITES 1 animals.
Trophy fees for all animals killed or wounded and not recovered: to be paid at the
end of safari.
Taxidermy services can be arrange with Wildlife
Artistry Taxidermy in the US at your request.
Packaging, dipping and shipping fees of trophies.
Insurance's:
Traveling insurance. To, in or from South Africa.
Personal all risk insurance for damage or loss of property.
Medical aid and casualty evacuation cover.
Life / disability assurance.
